This little one has made it through the first night and another cold day. He seems to be thriving! He's eating and all the little goat functions seem to work. We feel like he stands a good chance now. His momma is a good momma and seems to take good care of him. The Nanny's name is Loden and the buck is Mantis. We are still looking for a great name for their little one. Leave a comment with any suggestions!
What sweet photos. He's tiny and adorable! But for some reason the name Homer came to mind. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteWho knew goats could be so cute!?! As far as a name...I am clueless, this comes from someone who named two beef we were raising Orville and Redenbacher.
